Job Title : Senior Graphic Designer

Contract : 3-6 month

This role is ideal for a motivated design professional with a passion for developing innovative, strategy-driven solutions that engage audiences and drive business impact. You will collaborate with art directors, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and internal clients to deliver compelling creative work across multiple platforms and shape design strategies while mentoring peers and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal clients to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to communicate persuasive, inclusive design ideas.
• Design visually compelling pitches, presentations, social media, and paid media campaigns.
• Mentor creative team members, providing feedback to strengthen conceptual and technical skills.
• Manage assigned projects by developing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Collaborate in ideation sessions and design sprints to generate creative concepts.
