Description

We are looking for an experienced Qualtrics Implementation Project Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Qualtrics programs while collaborating with internal teams and external clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business and technology challenges.

Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end design, development, and execution of Qualtrics programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop efficient solutions and implement new features or enhance existing ones.

Provide strategic guidance to clients on the implications of project design within the Qualtrics platform.

Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and implementation strategies.

Monitor and manage account team hours and project tracking to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Facilitate technical work associated with the program, ensuring all tasks align with project expectations.

Offer technical support to extend and optimize the functionality of both new and existing programs.

Debug, test, and resolve issues within current programs to ensure smooth operation.

Apply expertise in tools and technologies to align capabilities with business needs and roadmap objectives.

Collaborate with client service teams to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering technology-based solutions for large enterprises.

Proven ability to execute detail-oriented tasks independently and in team settings.

Strong consulting skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in client management, including identifying business problems and translating requirements into actionable solutions.

Familiarity with technical products and technology ecosystems, as well as platform configuration capabilities.

Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or Medallia platforms, including certifications where applicable.

Expertise in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, cloud technologies, CRM, ERP systems, AB testing, Agile Scrum methodologies, and change management processes.
