Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) New Graduates Accepted- Englewood, CO

Job Summary & Responsibilities :

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions

Conduct classroom walk-throughs and collect IOA data

Train and supervise staff, including those in BCBA certification programs

Lead staff / family trainings and onboarding (under Program Director guidance)

Collaborate with specialists on evidence-based intervention strategies

Ensure compliance with IEPs and treatment plans

Provide feedback and support for student success and staff development

Education, Licensure, and Experience :

Bachelor's degree (required)

Master's degree in Special Education or Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)

BCBA certification in good standing with BACB (preferred)

Minimum 4 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Reliable, professional demeanor with commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities
