As a Coax Installation & Repair Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain coaxial cable systems for residential and commercial customers in the Columbus, OH area. This hands-on role is ideal for technicians who take pride in their workmanship, value safety and accuracy, and want to grow within the broadband and telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential installations and repairs for video, internet, and phone servicesTroubleshoot and repair coax systems using appropriate signal meters and diagnostic toolsFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and job site safetyCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily service goalsRepresent Triage Partners professionally with customers, providing excellent service and communicationWork in various weather conditions and at heights as requiredUse job management systems and mobile applications to document completed work accuratelyWhat You’ll Need
Your own Viavi 620 meter (or similar) – requiredLocal to the Columbus, OH area – requiredYour own truck or van (required)Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insuranceAbility to work safely, efficiently, and to industry standardsFlexible availability to meet changing project schedulesStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working at heights and in indoor / outdoor environmentsBasic computer proficiencyAdditional Requirements
