Job Description :

Seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with strong SQL, Tableau, and clinical / outpatient experience to support inpatient operations, workflows, capacity planning, and clinical services. Candidate should be capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.

Required Skills :

• Fluency in SQL syntax; ability to manipulate and execute queries
• Expert in Tableau Desktop : dashboard design, development, production, and user enablement
• Experience with clinical / outpatient data, inpatient operations, and workflows
• Strong analytical skills to uncover patterns and provide pragmatic solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Ability to diagnose and respond to data / dashboard support requests
