Business Development Manager | Dallas, TX

Nexeo HR is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, youll be at the forefront of our growth strategy by leading sales initiatives, managing the pipeline, and delivering outstanding service that strengthens client loyalty. Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective lead generation and sales strategies

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed sales goals

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company growth initiatives

Negotiate contracts and secure profitable new business partnerships

Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention

Partner with Recruiting and Operations teams to deliver top-tier staffing solutions

Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress and results

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

1+ years of business-to-business sales experience (staffing / HR industry preferred)

Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to build long-term client partnerships and manage multiple accounts

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team

Pay

$55,000 $65,000 annually (DOE)
