Responsibilities

  • You will work with technologies including virtualization, servers, clients, networking, storage and backup.
  • You will regularly collaborate with other team members as part of a cross-functional team.
  • You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.
  • You will participate in improving internal processes (LEAN / ACE / CORE).
  • You will use your technical knowledge to facilitate resolution of service requests and restoration tickets.
  • You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support assigned projects.
  • You will provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams.

  • Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
  • Active DoD clearance (Collateral / Secret) preferred.
  • Experience supporting technology in a professional, secure environment; Desktop Support, Server Administration, and Virtualization (VMware) are relevant.
  • Linux systems administration.
  • Networking knowledge.
  • Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53).
  • Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+). Active cert preferred.
  • Qualifications We Prefer

  • Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.).
  • Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.).
  • Govt. Security Clearance (Collateral / Secret).
