Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for overseeing, under the supervision of the Community Manager, the everyday operations and financial functions of the housing community. As the Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in the delinquency and collection of rent to optimize the property's cash flow and financial position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Financial Management : Responsible for posting all payments and income received from all applicants, current residents, and non-current residents accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Financial Management : Responsible for processing and reconciling daily all account receivables.
• Financial Management : Monitor and follow up on bad debt to include preparation of late notices, resident and guarantor contact, and filing evictions.
• Financial Management : Responsible for helping the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Personnel Management : Regular / daily onsite attendance is required.
• Personnel Management : Use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff.
• Administrative Management : Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness of maintenance staff.
• Administrative Management : Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis.

At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to : skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. Our employment offer is accompanied by additional compensation associated with our comprehensive total rewards package, which includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses, when applicable.

Salary Range : $20 per hour to $24 per hour
