Assistant Branch Manager at Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions

An Automotive Parts manufacturer located near Gallatin, TN is looking for an Account Manager

Base pay range : $50,000.00 / yr - $55,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities – Account Manager

  • Support existing accounts and initiate new accounts relationships within assigned territory
  • Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers
  • Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification etc., and provide consultation as needed
  • Coordinate successful delivery of products to customer site with shipping department and logistics couriers
  • Establish sales strategy plan analyzing account history for future forecasting activities and performance improvement
  • Prepare presentation materials for sales meeting with customers
  • Monitor production progress on customer's order for status update communication and avoid any delays
  • Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company\'s system and report to Direct Managers periodically
  • Maintain all records and documentations for system update / data entry in timely manner
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements – Account Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field
  • Ideally have at least 1-3 years of technical sales experience in manufacturing industry – Account Management / Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management is MUST
  • Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
