Job Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all plant maintenance activities including the coordination of preventive, planned, and un-planned maintenance. You will process and prioritize work orders, examines and determines best approach for work order completion. Analyze all planned change parts and make recommendations for Preventative Maintenance changes. You will ensure functional standards are maintained between maintenance, accounting and production departments along with accountability of external vendors. Initiate requisitions for maintenance and indirect purchases. Act as a liaison between the production, engineering, and maintenance departments.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation :
Pay Range : $59,000-$78,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to : location, relevant experience / level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
