Rate : 258 Hourly All Inclusive 302 OT Rate over 8 hrs a day (Malpractice is covered)

Shift : Monday Friday 7 : 00a-3 : 00p; 9 : 00a-5 : 00p; or 3 : 00p-11 : 00p

Time Frame : ASAP 6 months (Credentialing 90 days)

Types of Anes Model : Will strictly be performing their own cases Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, gyn, ENT, urology, ophthalmology (vitrectomy, cataract), podiatry; facility performs vascular and thoracic cases, but these will not be required. Estimated 3-5 cases per day depending on case type

BLS, ACLS, Active CA License.
