Pay : $55k-$65k / yr with up to 25% Monthly Bonus Potential

Store Manager Duties :

Lead all Store Operations and report to District Manager

Build made-to-order salads and other menu items

Ensure store meets its objective- including development, quality, safety, speed, labor, and accuracy goals

Provide great guest experiences with both walk-up and drive-thru orders

Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-centered environment

Come to work with an energetic, ready-to-work attitude

Qualifications :

Must be 18 years or older

At least 2+ years of previous General Manager experience; drive-thru experience preferred

Food Handlers Certification

Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Results driven and team oriented
