Key Responsibilities

Drive prioritization of quality initiatives and ensure disciplined execution

Lead release validation processes to ensure confidence in deployments

Define and track quality metrics, building dashboards for visibility across teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years managing engineers, including hiring and performance management

5+ years of experience in quality engineering or performance engineering

Strong background in release validation and CI / CD pipelines

Experience with performance / load testing tools and methodologies

Track record of improving reliability through metrics and automation
