Outpatient Physician Opportunity – Vermont (Family / Internal Medicine)
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a supportive outpatient clinic in Vermont starting Fall 2025
Role Highlights :
- Provide outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients
- Manage an average daily patient load of 14
- Participate in 1 : 11 on-call rotation to support after-hours patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered environment
- Complete administrative tasks including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
