Job Title : General Warehouse Associate (Multiple Shifts Available)

Location : Hixon Blvd, Lebanon TN

Department : Warehouse / Operations

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Shifts Available :

1stShift : Mon- Thur 5a-3 : 30p

2nd Shift : Mon - Thur 4p-2 : 30a

Weekend Shift : Fri-Sun 5a-3 : 30pm

Job Summary :

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities. Multiple shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming materials and products.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time.

Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.

Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues or improve workflow.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to lift up to 25lb and stand / walk for extended periods.

Basic math and reading skills.

Flexibility to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Able to provide proof of Citizenship (Birth Certificate Or Passport / Card)

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive hourly wage based on experience and shift.

Shift differentials for 2nd and AWS shifts.
