We're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-focused care in a collaborative outpatient setting. This is a contract position offering stable weekday hours — with no travel or on-call requirements.
About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in a supportive and professional environment. You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful clinical decisions while working closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute injuries and illnesses
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document all patient encounters using Azalea Health EMR
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to maintain a high standard of care
- Perform additional duties as needed to support patient and clinic operations
