In this role, youll ensure member agencies receive top-tier service while helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a go-to contact for clients, managing calls and emails with professionalism.
Support sales operations with follow-up, data entry, and documentation.
Understand customer needs and help identify the best solutions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet goals and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
Experience in sales support or customer service; insurance experience a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a team-first mindset.
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000$50,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
MondayFriday, 9 : 00 am5 : 00 pm schedule.
