Clinical Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Analyst to manage and improve supplemental data sources and support quality improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify opportunities to improve data quality and collaborate on action plans

Coordinate data management efforts across internal teams and monitor data efficacy

Participate in audits and maintain documentation for supplemental data usage

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of experience with R, Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Advanced Excel

2+ years of data analytics and reporting experience

2+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry with a focus on Quality / Process Improvement

2+ years of HEDIS experience

1+ years of project management experience
