Senior Recruiter For Coreai Team

As a recruiter supporting CoreAI, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI innovation at Microsoft. CoreAI is building the infrastructure and agentic frameworks that power next-generation developer experiences, and recruiting is a top priority for its leadership. Youll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to identify, engage, and hire talent across systems engineering, AI science, and agentic development. This role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, as youll help drive differentiated sourcing strategies, refine hiring bar calibration, and support storytelling that resonates with candidates from top global AI programs and industry-leading companies.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to be part of the CoreAI Team. This recruiter will be on point to accelerate the growth of the CoreAI division through the talent we identify and recruit. We are looking for someone who isnt afraid to fail fast, leads with care, and gets energy from coaching, developing, and contributing towards the success of others.
