Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Press Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate hydraulic or mechanical presses to form metal parts to precise specifications. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to learn and advance in the aerospace industry. You will monitor press operations, maintain production quality, and support team members in other manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate hydraulic or mechanical presses
  • Inspect parts for quality, dimensions, and defects using measuring tools
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support team members as needed

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Reliable with strong attendance
  • Good basic math skills
  • Ability to read and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
  • Mechanically inclined with ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills
