As a Production Leader with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our team in Trenton, NJ . You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads / supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

Compensation : \n

The base range for this role is $74,000 - $95,000.   Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
