Warehouse and Receiving Specialist | Logan, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring a Warehouse and Receiving Specialist to support a local team with inventory control, shipment processing, and daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have forklift certification, strong organizational skills, and prior experience in receiving, stocking, and inventory systems.

This role offers consistent day hours and the opportunity to support both warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, label, and store incoming materials and products

Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently

Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality standards

Process and fulfill inventory requests for production and internal use

Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation for audits

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for space utilization

Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks)

Assist production staff as needed to maintain workflow efficiency

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (certification required)

Previous experience in warehouse receiving and inventory management

Familiarity with warehouse software, databases, and inventory systems

Knowledge of modern warehouse practices and safety compliance

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift 35+ lbs without assistance

High school diploma or equivalent

Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Pay

$18.00-$19.00 / Hour

Schedule

Monday Friday | 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM
