Summary :

The Signature Room Mixologist provides elevated guest experience by delivering exceptional beverage service in accordance with AAA four diamond standards. In this role you will demonstrate expert knowledge of mixology, a warm and engaging demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming, luxury environment. The Signature Room will craft high-quality cocktails, ensure seamless service, and contribute to the overall sophistication of the property. As the Mixologist you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).

Essential duties and responsibilities

1. Beverage Service Excellence :

• Greeting guests promptly with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations tailored to their preferences.
