The Opportunity

As CFO of Tilted, you'll be a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping the financial foundation of a high-growth platform operating at the intersection of live streaming, web3, and AI. You'll build and scale our finance function from the ground up, navigate the unique complexities of crypto-native business models, and position Tilted for sustainable long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute Tilted's long-term financial strategy
• Provide strategic insights on business model evolution, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization in the web3 ecosystem
• Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support data-driven decision making
• Develop and manage key financial metrics and KPIs specific to live streaming and web3 platforms
• Financial Operations & Infrastructure
• Build and scale a world-class finance organization, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial systems
• Establish robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month / quarter / year-end close processes
• Implement scalable financial systems and tools to support rapid growth
• Lead fundraising efforts including equity rounds, token sales, and alternative financing structures
• Manage relationships with investors, board members, and key stakeholders
• Prepare compelling financial narratives, board materials, and investor presentations
• Navigate cap table management and equity planning
• Web3 & Crypto Finance
• Develop expertise in crypto accounting, treasury management, and digital asset strategies
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations around cryptocurrency and digital assets
• Design token economics models and financial frameworks for blockchain-based features
• Manage the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, securities laws, and industry-specific requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead audit processes and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and advisors
• Develop scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies for market volatility
