This engineer can sit anywhere in North Carolina(including Wilmington, Raleigh, Charlotte, Asheville) or in Atlanta, GA.

DAY-TO-DAY : This role focuses on technical capabilities in water infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include :

Drafting technical reports, design memorandums, and equipment specifications that detail design decisions, justify engineering choices, and outline project plans.
Reviewing and creating engineering drawings, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for treatment plant upgrades or new facilities.
Ensuring all design work adheres to local, state, and federal environmental regulations and assisting with the preparation of permit applications.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer License or Master’s Degre in Engineering

1+ year experience in wastewater treatment with an interest in pursuing the field
