Exclusive Radiology Generalist Locum On-site and Remote ,seeking somebody who can fill multiple weeks for an extended term while we explore permanent coverage options.in Forest City and Northern Illinois.

Start Date : As soon as credentialed - Ongoing

Coverage Needed : On-site and Remote

Schedule : 7a - 5p ( Start time and end time flexible )

Submission Requirements :

Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIRED
IL License and DEA REQUIRED or IMLC (with LOQ in hand)
ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED ( ATLS may also be required )
Clean Malpractice / Background - PREFERRED
Full Time Availability - REQUIRED

Position Details :

interpret X-ray, CT, US, MRI, with some peds
