The MPRB is seeking a skilled Director to lead and oversee the Citywide Services and Projects Department in utilizing best practices for delivery of comprehensive services and support for the organization. Position oversees the department's budget and staff members in Citywide Services, Trades, Fleet, Horticulture, and Park Projects & Systems. Work involves overall responsibility for planning, managing, directing, leading, and implementing goals and objectives that support the mission, goals, policies and priorities of the MPRB.

Need to Have :

• Bachelor's degree
• Work experience in project management involving the planning, design and / or construction of major public or private projects : 7 years
• Experience in leadership, management, and administration : 6 years
• Experience supervising others : 6 years
• Experience supervising unionized employees : 3 years
• Experience supervising Trades employees : 3 years
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
