Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing the workforce and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate the efficient execution of the project.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasted costs to ensure financial efficiency.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders regarding progress, issues, and solutions.
