Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing the workforce and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate the efficient execution of the project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasted costs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders regarding progress, issues, and solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data centers and MEP systems.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and scheduling practices.Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions under tight deadlines.For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
