Omaha NW : 2920 N 118th St (Around 120th and Maple)

Elkhorn : 3404 N 191st Ave, Omaha, NE 68022 (192nd & Maple)

Omaha SW : 7051 S 181st St (180th and Harrison)

La Vista : 9810 Giles Rd La Vista NE 68128 (98th & Giles Rd)

We are actively recruiting individuals we can train to become the best Swim Instructors in the industry. Hours : 10-30 hours per week

Days : Varies; Open Monday through Sunday - both am and pm shifts available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

• The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Swimtastic curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times.
• Provide customers with monthly, individualized feedback on swimmers during Splash N Tell week.

Position Qualifications and Requirements :

Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but not required . Loving kids and being reliable with the ability to swim is an absolute necessity!

Willing to certify in CPR-PR / AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infants

Training in the Swimtastic curriculum will be provided - just bring joy!

Compensation : $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (varies based on experience)
