What Youll Do

In this role, youll be a trusted advisor to clients and an integral part of our growing cost management practice. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Cost Management & Negotiation Lead cost control efforts, oversee contingencies, and manage change orders with confidence.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Develop and manage project budgets, provide accurate financial forecasting, and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Project Controls Track invoices, monitor financial compliance, and maintain accurate cost tracking systems.
  • Reporting Deliver progress reports, earned value updates, and cost reconciliations that clients rely on.
  • Contract Administration Review proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Client Support Partner with project managers on RFPs, supplier coordination, and schedule monitoring.
  • Project Closeout Lead the closeout process and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of relevant cost estimating experience across a variety of building types and design stages.
  • Strong knowledge of elemental and CSI formats.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • A problem-solver who can adapt quickly, think strategically, and bring innovative ideas to the table.
