Compensation :
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Legal Document Drafting & Preparation
Draft and review Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, HIPAA Authorizations, and related documentsPrepare customized estate planning packages based on attorney directionDraft client correspondence, cover letters, and document summariesOrganize signing binders and ensure documents are signature-ready and legally compliantClient Communication & Case Management
Communicate with clients to collect information, schedule appointments, and provide status updatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in case management software (PracticePanther or similar)Track matter-specific deadlines and follow through on outstanding tasksCoordinate with the LPMP team for ongoing client maintenance and updatesPrepare and manage physical and digital client files with attention to detail and confidentialityBilling & Administrative Support
Accurately record and categorize billable time entriesAssist with client invoicing, including reviewing entries and ensuring timely deliveryMaintain task lists and support attorneys with internal calendar management and remindersParticipate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvementsQualifications :
3-5 years of experience in Estate Planning, Trust administration, Probate, or related legal fieldsParalegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred)Strong knowledge of Florida Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust administration lawsProficiency in legal practice management software (CRM experience preferred)Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)Familiarity with timekeeping software and billable hours trackingExceptional legal writing and research skillsAbility to handle sensitive client information with discretionStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyAbility to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently under pressureFamiliarity with Trust funding procedures and asset transfersExperience working with financial institutions regarding estate mattersAttention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in legal documentsAbility to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staffAbout Company
