About the role

As a Associate Therapist, you will be playing a front-line role for a supportive and client focused organization. Our small caseloads for more personalized care and innovative approaches allows you to meet the client's needs in a community setting. We have set meeting times and guaranteed administrative time to complete documentation and notes.

As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires a high level of empathy, the ability to set boundaries, and the desire to work on a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting individuals.

What you'll do

Client Care

Provide individualized treatment plans that include a combination of individual and group therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Develop strong client rapport for long term relationships.
• Develop realistic treatment goals with clients in accordance with ethical and legal protocols .
• Motivate clients to actively participate in their own recovery and treatment process, assisting them with learning skills and gain knowledge to improve their lives.
• Provide therapy to individual, family, and groups, adapting to the evolving needs of the clients.

Documentation and Compliance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans, ensuring they are compliant with state and federal standards.

Teamwork

Attend and participate in clinical and community meetings.

Qualifications

B BS Associate Number and Masters degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
