Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions for clients

Participate in pre-sales activities including solution proposals and demonstrations

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITOM certifications

5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions

Hands-on experience with ITOM tools and cloud monitoring services

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Experience in pre-sales and client engagement activities
