Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and family members, providing information about services and expected wait times

Handle patient registrations, verify insurance coverage, and collect necessary payments

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Two years of experience in Patient Access or related fields such as billing, insurance, or hospitality

Intermediate math skills

Knowledge of State and Federal regulations regarding Medicare and Medicaid

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
