About the Role
Were looking for a People Operations (HR) Coordinator to support the Director of People & Culture in organizing, executing, and documenting key HR processes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HR data management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity in a multi-location environment. Youll help bring structure to our people operations and support the foundation of Fit Fusions growing HR function.
What Youll Do
Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes (part-time to full-time, title, pay, and transfer updates).Prepare and route employment agreements, acknowledgments, and related documents through Adobe Sign and UKG.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all required documentation is filed and accessible.Track onboarding and compliance items, including I-9s and state-specific notices.Audit and update employee data in UKG; support reporting and clean-up projects.Help document standard operating procedures for recurring HR tasks.Assist with employment verification requests and unemployment claims.Support occasional benefits administration tasks such as processing employee level updates or adjustments.Track policy rollouts, handbook acknowledgments, and compliance postings.Provide administrative support for department initiatives and special projects.What Were Looking For
Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience in a multi-location organization (required).Experience with UKG Ready or other UKG platforms (strongly preferred).Working knowledge of multi-state labor and employment laws (required)Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and follow-through.Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and digital workflow tools.Thrives in an environment where processes are being built and refined.Why Youll Love It Here
