Job Title : RN Case Manager

Location : Jackson, Michigan, 49201

Contract duration : 15 weeks

Shift : 5X8 -hours

Schedule : Days

Guaranteed Hours : 40 / week

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate precertification and payor authorization processes.
• Collaborate with care teams to remove barriers and ensure timely patient care and reimbursement.
• Apply process improvement techniques to evaluate patient care outcomes.
• Support clinical documentation efforts, working closely with coders to ensure accurate documentation of patient conditions and care intensity.
• Coordinate communication between physicians, payors, patients, and families.
• Demonstrate understanding of appropriate patient care throughout different life stages.
