What will you do as an Estimator / Sales Professional
- Evaluate commercial properties to assess project scope, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze the project specifications and plans to create cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing commercial security systems.
- Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses necessary to complete the project.
- Develop proposals which include cost breakdowns, timelines, and project details.
- Capability to establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
What qualifications should you have?
High school diploma or equivalent.5+ years' experience in security solutions and sales or related field is preferred.Estimating experience preferred but not necessary.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Occasional travel is required for on-site meetings, client visits, or project-related activities.What preferred qualifications would be great?
