2nd Shift Billing Clerk

Position at JBS USA

Hours : 2nd Shift 6 : 00 p.m.-6 : 00 a.m., as needed. 12-hour shift 3 days a week. Rotating the 3 days a week every other week. Saturdays when scheduled in rotation. Sundays when scheduled in rotation.

Position Description : Take care of billing for loading dock, including verifying orders and filing invoices for domestic and export loads. Keep track of truck seals and trailer numbers. Take care of billing paperwork, BOLs, manifest, scale weights, etc. Put together pick lists to prepare for following day's loads. Ready the temperature recorder for each truck with product to be delivered. Various duties to be completed as needed within billing office. Perform various other accounting duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the accounting department. Answer phones as needed.

Qualifications : High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally. Previous accounting and office experience preferred. Experience working with MS Office, Excel, 10-key and computer skills required. Strong organizational skills. Great communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette. Good work history including attendance. Team player among all shifts. Resume required.
