Description :

Will provide coverage to outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility.

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

No work alone, no call, and no weekends required.

Utilizes tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.

Documents client's information for evaluation.

Establishes therapeutic plans and modifies them as necessary.

Educates clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home.

Knowledgeable in and utilizes appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations for clients.

Demonstrates and incorporates knowledge of current research into daily treatment.

May treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders.

Demonstrates documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meets all regulatory requirements.

Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organizations.

Utilizes computerized charting.

Engages with modality equipment as part of treatment.

Participates in safety measures and standard precautions.

Undergoes departmental safety orientation for setting-specific equipment and modalities.

Ensures effective communication with team members and patients.
