Title : Paralegal

Duration : 3-month contract, potential extensions

Location : Aurora, CO

Schedule : Onsite 4 days / week

Pay Rate : 25-30 / hr+

Desired Skills & Experience :

• 3 years of experience in legal operations, contract support, or document management.
• Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved preferred).
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow detailed instructions and structured processes.
• Comfortable working with large sets of documents and spreadsheets.

A manufacturing client is looking to bring on a skilled Paralegal to join their team in Aurora, CO. This role will focus on reviewing and redlining low-risk agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts & agreements, routing service forms, etc.), organizing contract records, and assisting with the cleanup and optimization of our ContractPodAI system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to contribute to improving workflows in a fast-paced environment.
