This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $86,000.

$0.61-$0.64 per mile

Stop pay : $6 per stop

Additional stop pay : $10-$20 per stop

Drop and hook pay : $12 per event

Outsource work : $225-$350 per day

Attendance bonus : $100 per week

Breakdown pay : $20 per hour

Safety training : $20 per hour

New hire training : $200 per day

Holiday pay : $200 per day

Frequent home time

Onsite management

Paid online orientation

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
