Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development (OEM & Strategic Pursuit).

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute global OEM and embedded partnership strategy, including managing complex multi-year commercial agreements

Identify and drive major strategic business pursuits, ensuring alignment across internal teams to close high-value deals

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize product requirements for OEM use cases and enable sales teams

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise technology focused on complex business development or OEM programs

Proven track record of structuring and closing OEM or embedded partnerships with measurable revenue impact

Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models and financial drivers for large-scale partnership agreements

Experience launching co-sell frameworks and joint go-to-market initiatives

Outstanding executive communication and negotiation skills
