Job Summary
Client Insurance Co is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Analyst to join our Institutional Life team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. The Service Analyst will support business operations and client servicing functions, handling routine transactions and assisting with internal communications and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, assess, and process service requestsTransact routine non-financial activity on client accounts with accuracy andexpediency
Email and mail out documents; perform mail mergesHandle business services tasks from the operations teamAssist team members to meet departmental and regulatory standardsMake effective decisions based on comprehensive case analysisSupport occasional office events (e.g., birthdays, holiday celebrations), including setup and vendor coordinationMaintain professional appearance and behavior in a corporate office settingMust-Have Skills & Experience
