We could be taking care of a newborn baby being treated for jaundice, or a 17-year-old football player who broke their leg in a football game. One of the best feelings is when we see our kiddos going home happier and healthier than when they arrived at our floor. What You Will Do Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients. Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs. Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
