Location : Elgin, IL

Pay : $21 / hour

Shift : 2nd Shift- Train on 1st for 2 weeks

We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Office Clerk to be the vital link between warehouse operations and management — ensuring shipments move on time, paperwork is flawless, and customer inquiries get the prompt attention they deserve.

What You’ll Do :

Provide hands-on administrative and clerical support for shipping and receiving operations

Manage BOL paperwork, label printing, and warehouse workflows

Manage and prioritize workflow to ensure timely processing of shipments

Serve as the frontline customer service contact for shipment inquiries, resolving or escalating issues as needed

Maintain, review, and complete essential shipping and receiving documentation

Support Warehouse Manager and Supervisors with day-to-day office tasks including filing, faxing, scanning, and emailing

Analyze and retrieve shipment data to support quality assurance and operational efficiency

Assist on the warehouse floor when necessary, helping to ensure smooth operational flow

Perform other related duties to keep our warehouse running like clockwork

Able to lift up to 49 pounds occasionally
