Lab Technician

A company is looking for a Lab Technician in Chanhassen, MN.

Key Responsibilities

Help formulate and test thermal interface materials for electronic devices

Conduct R&D laboratory work safely and support various projects assigned by Engineers or Supervisors

Collect and organize data, and train other Technicians on equipment operation and test procedures

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is overqualified

Ability to perform routine tests and operate application equipment safely and efficiently

Experience in using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety practices

Willingness to be trained in formulating and testing materials

Capability to communicate basic observations regarding data and experimental outcomes
