An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual (who is passionate and committed to our space) to join the team at BlockchainSpace. Our company HQ is located in Singapore - however this position will be fully remote.

Primary Responsibilities :

We're looking for someone to develop an innovative strategy to find, engage, and hire top crypto talent anywhere in the world. Our recruiting team builds the foundation of our success by finding extraordinary people that share our vision. In this role you'll find yourself partnering directly with organizational leaders to hire key industry hires that move the needle for the business. You'll work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies. If you thrive on ownership and working creatively and collaboratively with teammates to make great hires, this is the role for you!

What You Will Do :

• Partner with the business across multiple departments on all aspects of the hiring process for crypto talent.
• Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives
• Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
• Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract talent
• Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process
• Provide data-driven progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership
• Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come
