We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail and accuracy will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolutions.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional support.
- Accurately process orders and maintain detailed records of customer transactions.
- Ensure timely and precise communication across all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Address customer complaints with empathy and find effective solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while meeting performance targets.
- Utilize call center tools and systems to manage and document interactions efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in order entry and documentation systems.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
