A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter-Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Execute recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and screening resumes
Act as a liaison with employment and advertising agencies, managing related processes and documentation
Complete weekly reports on employment activity and mentor junior level staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of Human Resource and / or recruiting experience preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills with knowledge of recruiting tools and methodologies
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
Ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff members
