Huntington Honda is looking for a skilled, motivated Flat Rate / Line Technician to join our growing team. This is a mid-level position (not express or entry-level) and ideal for a tech with solid experience and at least 2 ASEs (preferred, not required). If you're confident handling brakes, suspension, diagnostics, and general line work, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities - Technician :

  • Perform general automotive repairs including brakes, suspension, engine, cooling, electrical, and diagnostics
  • Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using scan tools and manufacturer procedures
  • Complete flat-rate service and repair work efficiently and within manufacturer and dealership guidelines
  • Document all work performed clearly and thoroughly for warranty and customer-pay jobs
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timely customer communication
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities to advance your skills

    • Qualifications / Requirements - Technician :

  • Experience in general automotive repair (brakes, suspension, diagnostics, etc.)
  • At least 2 ASE certifications preferred
  • A reliable, self-motivated work ethic and positive attitude
  • Dealership service department experience a plus!
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
